​Some important items from my Policies & Procedures

 

Please feel free to contact me for an interview for full details on my policies and procedures but for now, here are a few important ones........

1. Terri's Dayhome may close for up to 10 business days of paid holidays per year and 10 personal days per year non-paid.

2. All payments are due by the first of the month if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday I request payment be made on the last business day before the first or the holiday.

3. No childcare is provided on Statutory Holidays. These are paid holidays for Terri's dayhome.

4. Under no circumstance is a sick child to attend Terri's Daycare.

5. I reserve the right to immediately end care for non-payment, failure to respect me, my home, my neighborhood, behavior of the child, which is harmful to the physical or emotional well being of the other children, or failure to abide by my policies.

6. Parent agrees to pay childcare fees to hold child’s position during any vacation time or extended leave due to illness etc., otherwise the childs position will be filled. Full payment must be received whether or not child attends. 

7. Late pickups and/or late fee payment are subject to additional fees.

 

I am a private dayhome provider, this means Child care subsidy is not available with my program.
